Sadly before I went into hospital, my pickle hamster died. Really sad as he was so cute and adorable. It felt a bit strange without him so I bought two new hamsters.

I was going to get just one but when the woman at the pet place asked if I wanted a pair, I said yes. Not too sure where that came from really but anyway, 2 hamsters together is super cute! I named them Biscuit and Poppy, both girls about 2 months old. They are very shy but it takes time for them to settle in. They are also scarily fast!
