8th August
My wrist has been playing me up for a little while. I can't describe where because it will make no sense, but if I were to make the action of opening a bottle, the twisting action hurts it.
The supports we have are rubbish as they are stretched out from using them for years. This one is from tesco and cost one pound, and is great as it's tight and stops your wrist from moving so much.
They do loads for different areas of your body too.

5th August
I've wanted to try elf nail varnish for a bit, but they never had these one I put an order in with them, so I bought one from someone on TSUK.
It's not the best as when you go to bed, you get all these marks on them even though the paint has dried ages ago? It's like someone has taken a piece of paper and jabbed it all over your nail. The avon one I had did that too, so it's not that great.
I'm still on the hunt for a green nail varnish. Apparently rimmel do them now, but i've yet to see them in the shops. I want really bright colours - green, blue, orange.
4th August
A new piece of equipment. I thought this would be a gentle exercise as it's just stepping, but it's hard work! I was so surprised after using it for 5 minutes, I was already sweating so I'm going to have to take it easy on it and build up to it.
3rd August
Weeeeeeeeee! I'm so excited about the Olympics starting! I love sport, I will watch a lot of the tournaments on the tv - snooker, football, tennis, darts.. but I love the Olympics and the Commonwealth games, when you can turn the tv on and diving is on and then press the red button and 5 different events are on, and you can pick and choose.
(I'm not crazy)
2nd August
A better photo of the paint colour, it looks much better in real life as I had to use a flash to show the colour up properly. I painted around the skirting boards etc and everything upstairs while my dad took control of the roller (I would like to roller but I think my dad thinks it's the man job and i'm not allowed to do it, I think he forgets that I did my whole room once before without his help!)
1st August
Flowers using my 400D, which I really need to use more. It's so easy to just pick up the little camera to take a photo, but I will make a pact of something to use one camera one week, and the other the next week, so they both get used.
I like these though, they look better in a bigger size but still, pretty. :)
31st July
Some more of the decorating. The paper has been hung. It's so fiddly because there are so many door frames to go around and hard bits to get too, plus going up to the ceiling on the stairs is no fun and scared the life out of me
(My dad did it by using 3 ladders hooked up with each other and balancing on there, with me holding onto the ladders for dear life).
We also went around the skirting boards, doors, frames, stairs.. with white paint and then started on painting the actual colour on - Daffodil white. It can be seen a little bit in the second photo. It's white with a hint of yellow, which makes the hallway so much brighter.
The pink before was awful (not too sure why we ever hand that) so i'm so happy it's gone!)

Ok so I did take more photos of flowers! My mum bought this for me for helping out with the decorating so far. She didn't need to because I do actually kinda like DIY stuff (except sanding, which is evil) but it was nice of her. :)

More of a close up. Oh I want a zoom lens for my 400d. This is from my 950IS and i'm not sure if I had a zoom on my canon, a 55 - 200mm it would be better than the zoom on the 950IS but I think the quality would be better.
Fingers crossed Santa is nice to me and brings me one for Christmas!

Birds in the garden. So cute and so many of them! I think they are from a nest a few gardens down because they are babies, and there were about 15 of them fighting out the fat ball thing hanging from the bird table.
We put bread out for them, and it was gone in 10 seconds.

Cute Pickle. He's in a friendly phase at the moment. We made his cage a little bigger by cutting the green ledge at the back in half so it makes more space, so maybe that has had an effect on his happiness?
I hpe he's getting used to us more and will be like this from now on (not that he's evil, he's lovely, but he's just timid).

This is an example of how crappy my photos are over the next few weeks. It's too messy dusty, to be taking photos of things properly.

We started pulling up the carpet because underneath it is rubbish underlay which breaks up and we didn't want to paint and then it all get black and dusty, so we took the carpet up before painting. :)
