September 18th

Went to the Opticians today, a different one from normal, which was so much better. My eyes have changed, which is still a bit annoying because it looks like a teeny change (top is the new one, bottom is Jan's one) but instead of new frames, i'll have the lenses put in my old ones which costs just 39, plus 30 for the anti glare plus 19 for the eye test. So 88 instead of new frames costing 129 altogether. Plus they are actually going to bend them back into shape and fit them this time.. I did find out my eyes are healthy though, which is all good and I did a peripheral vision test which was apparently perfect. I hope that's the right word because it took me 5 minutes to find the correct spelling.

All I can say is that this thing is SO addictive and I want one! I really want to play Mario on it!

September 16th

A layout I did of my Mum and Dad's Anniversary, I did it a bigger size. I think it's near an A4 size because I hope to get an album that size at christmas. Sometimes with 8x8 you put the picture on and then there's not enough space for anything else, or I can only do 1 picture at a time. Was fun to do though!

September 15th

Woop a post dedicated to freeview! My old freeview was a bit buggered, never worked properly even though I only had it a little while but this one is fantastich!

You can see what you are watching and then what's on next, amazing huh? Again, small things please small minds!

September 14th

So i've been having headaches for the past week or so at the front of my head so it looks like a optician appointment needs to be made.

I know it happens but you're really only supposed to have eye tests every 2 years and i would have hard 3 within 2 and glasses unfortunately aren't the cheapest of things.

Nothing I can do about it though.

September 13th

A photo of the padlock thing in my back garden. It was for the texture part of the course, and I think this gave a good representation of it :]

September 12th

We went to Richmond Park today, on our 'lets see how many parks we can visit' tour. It's a nice place, don't get me wrong but it's better if you have a bike, or a dog, which I don't.

It's very treey and everything looks the same and it was a pretty major letdown, except taking a few photos of deer. I was afraid they'd ram those big tusks things at me so I didn't go too close and due to that, this is the best picture I got! The trees make it quite dark too which doesn't help..

You can definitely tell it's male though! Best part of the day was going to the harvester on the way home because they have the free salad which has garlic crotons (sp) and bacon bits in it. Small things make me happy.

September 10th

Miss Cleo LO. Using love elsie which is still yummy. It's quite busy but I guess it just depends how you use it.

This layout demonstrates me cats abilities as a bit of a sunlover.

September 9th

My Mum's birthday today! I think she had a good day although my sister didn't get a chance to pop over. She really likes her DS though, I was unsure if she would but she is always playing it (as am I, my time is when she's in the bath) The 42 games game is really good though.

She also got bits and bobs from me, lots of cards, flowers, and that delicious cake which was ammmmmazing!

September 8th

Ok the first picture should be second but I can't be arsed to upload it again. Before and after of my Mum's birthday. So we're not all too great at cake decorating with this cake it seems but it's going in our mouths so the main thing is that it's tasty

and I have to say, it tastes amazing!! Best one i've made, it's so light and fluffy

Must resist going to get some now.

September 7th

These resistance band things are great exercising and all that jazz but shite at staying unstuck, so I decided to wash it and hang it on the line and now it's all stuck all together and I doubt i'll be able to use it.

It's in a tangled mess on the floor so RIP purple resistance band, RIP

They say if you find a feather, it means a Guardian Angel is watching you. Well we keep finding them, so we either have lots of Guardian Angels OR a pigeon snuffed it close by and the feathers are being blown in our house!

September 5th

Oh yeah, the Polariser that I brought (before the ban) I gots me a bargain though. In Jessops it is just under 40 pounds and I paid 9.49, which I thought was amazing. I didn't want to get a cheap crappy one, i've seen some for 4pounds or something and I can't quite afford a Hoya one so this will hopefully do perfectly!

September 4th

Presents already for my Mum's birthday on the 9th. I've got lots of bits and bobs, and I just need to buy some sweets in a few days. Hopefully it will make her smile :)

September 3rd

Another purchase before the CCB (credit card ban) It was only 2.20 though, although trust me too buy it and then find the two lip glosses that I thought I lost, which made me buy it in the first place.

Me = clutz

September 2nd

Me and Mum went to Osterley Park for the afternoon, Dad dropped us off and we had a lovely day with just the two of us :) the shop and cafe place was open, the sun was shinning but it wasn't too hot - perfect. These are a couple of my favourite photos, although I wasn't all too happy with the others but that's a long blah blah story. I brought a polarizer (before the credit card ban!) to hopefully help combat that next time. All in all, a great day!

September 1st

This is a picture of my credit card bill for the month and it's not huge huge but it doesn't show the 450ish that was the months before (that was my camera and course though).

I don't waste money, the things i've brought recently aren't just me wasting money but i'm going to try and stop now. My mum has my credit card and i've taken it off paypal, and i'm going to try and stick with it for a while :)

August 31st

These are my new favourite things! I've never had them but you don't need to put sugar on them and they still taste loverly! Great stuff indeed.

August 30th

My fancy new harddrive. I thought it would be a good idea to back up all my photos and music and things incase we lose everything like we did on the computer (hopefully my laptop won't be doing that, will you now? no you won't)

Last time I said 'I need to back up everything' I didn't and it all went. This baby holds up to 250gb of stuff, not that i'll ever fill it but they don't do anything smaller than that really.

It's cute and dinky too which helps!

August 29th

A sillohette (i can't spell that word) of a bird sitting on a tv aerial. I thought it looked pretty cool. I'm leanring some new tips and techniques on the course i'm doing, it's only a little course for 10 weeks but I'm hoping I can learn some more things about my camera.. Here's hoping :)

August 28th

My Cleo has a habit of sleeping in my room at the moment, on my chair and likes to test her luck sometimes but sleeping right in the centre of my bed for as long as she can. I couldn't kick her off as she looked too cute.

August 27th

Latest layout about my sun loving kitty.. I'm quite happy about how it turned out :) I used Love Elsie. I really want to get her newer lines but they are only avaliable in the US so it won't happen. I've always said i'm not going to buy anymore scrapbook stuff until i've done 5 layouts, so that's about 1 a week so 5 weeks!

August 26th

Just a macro type of photo..
