I tried to make a healthy chocolate cake this week, after seeing how much such and carbs are in normal cake, more just too see if it was possible and it turns out it's not!
It had no eggs or butter, and instead of sugar, I used splender and it turned out like that <<< It rose a tiny bit but totally sunk when I took it out the oven. I've seen a recipe for carrot cake which looks like it might work a little better so I will probably try that in the week :]
