I emailed options a while ago because I couldn't find certain hot chocolates of theirs anywhere and they kindly sent me a few sachets for free (Btw the way the ooh lala vanilla is sososolovely! but I still can't find it anywhere). I didn't expect to hear anymore from them but they sent me more samples, this time a banana one (which I had bought 15 of the week before, but one more is always nice!).

So hands down, they win the award for best customer services :D
