Yummy cheese and chives scones. I do make a mean scone! Normally I make about 9 - 10 but I always find they go hard after a few days, so I made 7 bigger ones (I ate one before I took a photo, I always think they taste better when hot with melted butter mmm) I might try egg instead of milk next time to see if that makes any difference.
