My ouch foot. It's pretty bruised but not actually as painful as I first thought it would be, I'm quite suprised really. I thought I would have broken it or fractured it (hence why I washed my hair on the afternoon I did it because I thought I would need to go to hospital, how vain of me!) as it hurt so much when I did it but after few days I could walk much better on it.
