We had brought mascaponi (sp) cheese last week at tesco, brought strawberries on Saturday and had digestive biscuits so we thought hey let's make a cheesecake. Even though every cheesecake we ever attempt to make doesn't turn out right. As did this one really :p it tasted more like cream and strawberries, and the white bit didn't go hard.It was alright though, and it looks good heh
One day I WILL make a cheesecake that actually tastes like cheesecake!
