Another layout using love elsie stuff (which I still love love) about my lovely new camera. I'm getting used to it each time I use it, I've signed up to a little course run by a pro photographer, for 10 weeks and it costs just 20 pounds, and there's a module a week and so on.. So many people rave about it so hopefully I can learn lots from it :)

August 24th

This has been stressing me out a little this week

I thought it would take me a day to a question so maybe a week or so to do it but it took me a day and a half, so I was proud of myself for that, because I was writing and knowing what I was writing about

(pretty important that)

Unless I rushed i and needed to spend some more time on it. I guess i'll find out soon enough when I get the results back. I'm very nervous.

August 23rd

I did say that these pictures were quite shite.. My dad brought me this (out of 100pound bond) from a poundshop, but actually it's great and i'm going to ask him to get another one if he goes to the shop again, not bad for a pound me thinks!

August 22nd

Ok so my nails aren't super long but considering I normall have no nails at all and bite them quite a bit

*slaps hand*

I'm pretty proud of them for getting this long and not breaking yet! The reason? Burts Bees cuticle cream that i've been rubbing in the last few weeks right before I go to bed.

I've made my book, did lots of cutting and wriing and none one has broken yet, so fingers are crossed that they keep getting stronger and stronger!

August 21st

This is my Mum's birthday present from my dad, which i'm pretty excited about too! We got a good deal on it after my much searching around the tinternet and we got it from Game for 146 altogether (plus another game that me and my sister is buying) which is good because we got one of the brain trainings for a tenner, and the other for 16

So 26 instead of 40! We had a little play on it (my Mum knows about it) and it looks good :)

August 18th

I've been making a babybook for a woman at my sisters work who is leaving to have a bath. Bit tough to make though because a) I have no idea if it's a boy or girl so it had to be made with neutral colours and no pink or blue (everything I have is pretty much pink or blue) and I had just a few weeks to make it, so I made it asap and actually somehow made 16 pages in 4 days, which is insane.

I actually realise I really dislike making books for people. My Mum's one was fine because it's my Mum's but with others things cost so much and then if you add costs on top to make things, it works out really expensive and I hate charging too much.. so I think i'll twice about making something like this again unless I get paid lots!

Aw this was sent to me buy someone on a forum I go on. I asked this lady to get one and i've send her the money but she sent me it and said I didn't have to send her anything, which I thought was extremely kind seeing as she doesn't know who I am..

Restored my faith in people a bit, especially after the whole thing with the idiotic person on ebay.

These are magnetic words, which I got as a present from someone I can't remember :/ years ago and never used them and I thought they would be good for scrapbooking, so I was sorting them all out, and took a peekchure.

More birds in the garden, I love taking pictures of them though (thank you springwatch) This one is super cute too.

It sat in the garden for a few hours, maybe 3 or 4 hours, and just sat there - on the table, on the bread, drinking the water and it looked really lonely and sad, I thought it's mum abondoned it but then she turned up and he seemed a happy bunny (bird)

It was so cute to watch though..

August 14th

A little bit of a layout that I did using my new Love Elsie stuff. It took me ageeees to finally buy some of her things but i'm glad I did because it's so fun and funky, I will have to look into getting her new ranges because I think they are a mixture of different colours in one set, not mostly pinks and red. I nearly thought I would be a fan of pink but it seems I am!

August 13th

My new exercise toys, from Tesco for a massive 4.97 I think. Resistance bands help strengthening muscles, and toning, and so on.

It does give you a good work out though, and me and the lovely Mr C (well him more than me) has been looking online for different exercises to use them so it's all good!

My photos the past few weeks haven't been the best, well accept this one of my little sun worshipper!

I've been doing lots of other fun things which have taken my mind off this but i'm back in the groove a bit now i've signed up for a little course to learn about my camera a little more :)

Seriously need to not leave this two weeks before updating it though, takes ages to do it..

Aw the birds in the garden, they are baby sparrows and there are about 10 of them in a group and they jump around the garden, bath in the water and rub in the mud. So cute! and my zoom was perfect in taking pictures of them :)

August 9th

Mo again. We had a bit of a scare with her this week. I found a lot of blood where she pees a few days ago (and I mean a lot for something that is just 5 inches long) and I was thinking something bad had happened, so i took the cage to the kitchen and she came trotting out and looked fine, not a mark on her and nothing on the underside of her.

I have no idea what it means, I looked online and blood in urine means kidney infection or wet tail but she looks a happy bunny, well hamster ever since, so it's a mystery for the moment.

Urgh this pictures makes me want to hit something or someone. I tell you they really shouldn't let idiots use ebay.

In short = put stamps on ebay, then sell to someone on scrapper site, take down stamps from ebay, ebay mess us and say that I did not end it but ended to sell to highest bidder, was person who paid 1p for them (they are worth 13pounds) Did not notice until monday, woman had paid, emailed the idiot and said ebay made mistake, apologised, pissed off with ebay, filled complaint, gave her refund and extra money back, emailed TWICE and the idiotic fool left me bad feedback!! saying I sold them before the bid ended.

Now the bid wasn't due to end until Tuesday, and she 'won' them on Friday so how can she not see that something had messed up because she won them 4 days before the bid ended, and for a freaking penny. What a twat. She is going to get bad feedback back.

My new bracelet. I can never find bracelets I like, i've been looking for a few years and trust that just as I find one I like (the silver tbar one) I then go and find another the same day.

This one is made by a girl on Etsy from Ebay. Etsy is the best site in the world, I love crafty people and I think the bracelet is cute.

Not taken by me but my sisters boyfriend using my new camera in the garden. It was boiling hot that day, about 30c, yuck.

Next stage with the kitchen is the new floor. Aw byebye horrible white flowery floor :( new ones looks much nicer, albeit quite orangey hmm

August 3rd

The folder for my new course - child psychology. I've always been fasinated by it so I thought why not give it a go, plus if I did manage to pass I would get a diploma, which I likes the sound off.

It is quite intense, I understand it plus now there is the added bonus of the internet which is a wealth of knowledge! but some of the words have never been in my vocabulary before so that's going to take a bit of getting used too but the more times goes on, and the more I read, the more I should become acustomed (sp) to it all. Fingers crossed for me.

The next stage in the redecorating of the kitchen. Lovely new doors and drawers and all the old shite put back in the kitchen to make it look just like it did before!

A real crappy photo but it's part of a card I made for my cousins first birthday coming up at the end of the month, well a card which turned into a mini book where you cut a letter out of every page and then it spells out a word

(that doesn't make sense)

and then inside i've got pictures going from when she was born to a photo just last month and then a space for a birthday photo. I'm proud of it and I think my cousin will like it a lot.

First of probably a few more photos of sunflowers, they are growing so tall in our garden though so they are begging to be snapped.

I love my camera though, not too sure about photos inside yet but my old camera was the same and I think it just needs me too get to know it better :) I love the zoom though, i took this from the bedroom, zoomed all the way in and the quality is still perfect, someone my older camera never managed.
